This print head did not solve my problem.
This Print head did not work. I had a printer repair man to come and carry out a repair on my office printer and he said that the original HP Print heads come with a set of set up ink cartridges which the printer has to recognise and that is the why the compatible print heads to not work. This is not stated on the compatible print head supplier's product information. There must be a reason that HP provide a set of set up ink cartridges and that mainly all compatible print head product reviews do not work.

Sadly this replacement printer head isn't recognised by the printer so of no use whatsoever.I would give this product no star but sadly this doesn't allow you to submit a review

It just did not work!

Printhead not recognised by printer.
Printer never recognised the print head, several attempts top reset and refit. Still nothing. Refund was made.
