Fun Game and Minor Hobby Project
The game is well put together and fun (everything fits in the box assembled). The rules for playing different numbers of folks is nice. I would say the feel is a little like a mix between Heroquest and Space Hulk. You definitely feel the pressure of the alien onslaught but not in a frustrating Dark Souls type of way. Definitely a fun play with the movies in the background.Gameplay wise, the game does have a lot of rules but felt pretty easy to learn. We tried the youtube video on how to and got board with it pretty quick. Starting by just following the rules on how to play the first mission, right out of the manual, was more than enough to get us going. So I suggest starting there once you're tucked in.The models are great but the assembly wasn't perfect (alien models only). Some people have said they have had issues getting these together, this usually means the plastic frames(sprues) these come on need a light washing. I did this and pre-fit the models before gluing and didn't have a problem with assembly, other than some minor shaving on some bits (mostly the alien spinal columns), to ensure a clean fit. Side note, I used two separate glues loctite gel control/super glue gel, both seemed to work with no issue. For painting, I primed them and painted them with Army painter speed paints. They turned out pretty well for a quick table ready job. Definitely pleased with the result.Last bit, i did magnetize the minis and put a metal sheet at the base of the model tray to keep the minis from shifting around. Worked out pretty well. Could safely take the box to the local gaming store to play with folks without issue.Overall, a good intro into more involved tabletop games and miniature assembly.

Aliens in table top form is amazing!
Amazing sculpts, the amount of detail in these models is fantastic! You can easily tell which character matches its model. The tokens and counters are high quality prints and popped out of the frame without any peeling or tearing.A great gift for someone who loves the movie “Aliens” and board games.

One of the best games I Have ever played
This game is super easy to pick up, has tons of minis and can get tons of expansions and more minis. Fun to play for any age around 10 and up, not too difficult, not too graphic and once again, the minis are amazingly detailed.

Like it very much, but you need to know!
Have not played yet, but early assessment is positive. Important to know that the pieces are not exactly 'miniatures' but models with small pieces. Much assembly required. Fortunately, I enjoy models, so not an issue.Be sure to not schedule game night too soon.

Tedious
It doesn’t show you that you have to cut out each each and glue them together. Why not just print them out as whole pieces?

Is this a stand up fight, Sir. Or another bug hunt ‽
I cannot wait to learn the rules to this game. It is really well put together, the packaging and ease of assembly of the miniatures is great. I’m a huge fan of the franchise and this does not disappoint.Let’s Rock
