Really easy to use. For 1 cup. Used a lot in our holiday. Warms up quickly. Small, easy tops in suitcase.

Took this abroad twice this summer, the cord to boil the kettle with is very awkward to use, by the second holiday the white cap to cover the electric plug would no longer fit, the cover has two prongs which are two flimsy to fit back in.

Useful in emergencies. The small covering to protect plug socket when not in use came off on first use. Doesn't stay warm for as long as a standard thermos. It does turn itself off, after an energetic boil! It's alright.

when use the bottle, i found peeling off somethIng in my tea.After I checked, the cover in the bottle is peering off.

This is a great product. A great size for making two cups of tea. Easy to pack for holidays and boils water just as quick as a household electric kettle. Delighted we bought it from Amazon. The delivery was as usual superb. Thanks.

I am so impressed with this little beauty.I work across many surgeries and office sites & they don't always have conveniently placed amenities. This little beaut boiled up very quickly, I'm not sure if it automatically shuts off because I turned it off myself. This is a useful piece of kit to add to my arsenal.I fully recommend this device.

It's compact and not too slow to boil, but filled just below the maximum marker, it spits out boiling water when it boils.
