I loved the words written throughout this book- they spoke to my heart and my mind. They were encouraging and brought comfort. This is a wonderful book!

Each page spoke to me. I could see myself in each phrase. These are things I wished I could go back in time to tell my younger self. I'm glad I can still tell myself now.

Easy to read and very important to know. I love this book so much it helps reinforce my healing journey and positive inner dialogue

The book is collection of ideas or thoughts. It is similar a journal to promote self esteem with breve ideas in each page. It is not a proper book as most of us know it but I thinkIt would be a great present for someone.I return it because it came with stains on the cover.

I can’t find the right order in which to say this. I’ve been in a three year relationship and had my first child this year, she’s four months now. I’ve felt nothing but happiness being a mother, yet my mental voice has been eating me alive.through so many hardships I’ve had since having my baby I’ve been my worst enemy mentally. I’ve been struggling figuring out who I am as a mother and who I was before. My relationship is falling apart, I purchased this book randomly I saw it on Amazon and it had amazing reviews. This book is exactly what I needed and with tears in my eyes I felt like she was speaking me through my emotions and thoughts I’ve been feeling. I know I can pick this book up open up to any page and just read it to myself out loud with love and practice speaking to myself with love while going through hardships. I recommend this book to anyone who needs affirmations daily

I love the self love, the affirmations, and the way this author assures you of your self worth while challenging you to love yourself the way that God does. The way that you deserve to love yourself.
