I have been neglecting my skincare a lot lately. Other than an occasional scrub in the shower, this is the only cream I have been using and in just a couple of weeks it is helping to soften my skin. I am happy with it.

At $124, at the time of this review Swiss-based Skincode hasn’t listed the ingredients and we constructively suggest they do so right away. After all, we deserve to know exactly what’s going on our beautiful faces through the actual ingredients list, not just clever marketing claims using invented terms such as “Exclusive”, “Dermaxyl” or “ACR Complex.” Educated consumers will always want to know what’s in the products we are using without doing detective work to the company website or elsewhere to find out before ordering. Once there you will learn this is a primarily lab-based product. One preservative near top of the ingredients list is worth knowing about: Phenoxyethanol.There have been reports of uncommon reactions to phenoxyethanol being quite rarely linked to eczema and strong allergic reactions. Phenoxyethanol use is often strongly discouraged by safe cosmetics advocates to be used around infants including those who are breast feeding. Mothers and grandmothers love to hug their grandbabies and studies indicate this preservative should be avoided around the youngest of children. Those who wish to learn more and make the best personal decision regarding this ingredient may consider doing an online search for “phenoxyethanol safety.”Keep in mind that several beauty brands include phenoxyethanol. I don't mind paying a high price for good skincare. That said, this isn't worth anywhere close to the $124 price tag. There are no ingredients shown in the listing, which is usually a red flag, but it seemed promising. If I hadn't received this through Vine, I would have been very disappointed. The first ingredient is water, followed by dimethicone, a type of silicone. The fourth ingredient is urea, a softener (uric acid) often used in foot creams. These ingredients aren't necessarily terrible, but they're all very cheap. The formula does have some decent peptides, but they're outweighed by all the cheap filler. The cream is housed in a jar, which looks nice, but is not good. Repeated exposure to air and light causes ingredients to degrade very quickly. And repeatedly dipping one's fingers into the product, especially with the first ingredient being water, it becomes a breeding ground for bacteria. All that said, it does have a nice consistency- it's rich bit not greasy. All the silicone gives it a smooth feel. It also works well as a makeup primer. Again, it's not a terrible product. But- each of the following suggestions would result in an extra star: disclose the full ingredient list in the listing; repackage (a tube, pump, or pump jar); lower the price to $30-$40.

This arrives fully shrink-wrapped. When you remove the jar, you will find that there is a seal under the cap as well. Everything here just inspires the greatest of consumer confidence! Fantastic!Now, when you open the jar, you will notice just the very lightest scent. It is pretty neutral and non-obtrusive.The cream itself is medium to medium-thick. It feels rich, luxurious, and super creamy. It disperses easily over your face and neck. I also use this on the backs of my hands as well.This is super nourishing, very soothing, and leaves skin looking and feeling plump and smooth. It does leave just a bit of stickiness, so I use this during my days off work with my hair up in a bun.A very gentle but incredibly nourishing product. Really digging it!

You can tell that this is a higher end skin care product and fortunately it doesn’t have that off putting floral fragrance a lot of expensive brands tend to add to their skin care. Instead you get an extremely light scent that dissipates after a minute once applied to the skin. I tested this on the backs of my hands and my cheeks since they tend to be very dry. A small spatula is also included which I can appreciate since you can avoid cross contamination if you have nail extensions like myself. A very nice cream that goes on smoothly although I do think it is a little pricey for the small jar of product.

This is a very hydrating cream for day or night. The scent is barely present to me, but it is lightly scented. It's lightweight and absorbs easily leaving my skin looking dewy but not oily or greasy. It also came well wrapped and sealed which I appreciate. I think it's a really versatile moisturizer and great for those who don't want to buy different products for day, night, eyes, etc. This works well all over.

This moisturizer smells very good. The scent is very strong out of the jar, however, it doesn't linger after you've applied it on the skin so it doesn't feel irritating at all. The jar looks small but it's filled all the way to the top that the cream spilled out as soon as I broke the seal. The moisturizer is rich but it feels light once applied on the skin, it doesn't leave any greasy feeling. I apply it at night before bed and my skin feels refresh and hydrated in the morning. It's hard to tell if how well the cream the does to prevent aging and wrinkles since this is only my first bottle but I'd love to continue using it since it's such a nice cream.

Firstly the listing is incorrect which says its 3oz, its actually 1.7oz which is 50ml. This cream is very light weight, yet seemed to keep my face moisturized for a long time. Its not greasy and leaves no residue. My face felt noticeably softer immediately after applying which is amazing as i already have a rigorous skin care routine. It has about a 3 year shelf life on it so you can leave it around for quite a while. Overall i'm surprised to be saying this but i believe it is actually worth the high premium price.
