With great power...
Fantastic greenhouse, with a catch...it consumes a lot of power.First off, let's talk about how great the greenhouse is itself:1) It builds just like a standard wire shelving system - because it is a wire shelving system. I think I would prefer a slightly taller one, like 72" or whatever, so you could fit more plants, as this really only lets you fit two rows of regular-height plants, and then a short row, which isn't really useful for much except maybe for seedlings. If you're growing three rows of seedlings, this arrangement will be perfect, though. You mileage will absolutely vary.2) While the outside plastic cover with double-zipper is nice, it's a bit of a pain to zip up and down both sides to open it up. So while it's a nice design, I could see those zippers being a failure point. In the first week, I noticed the stitching catching in the zipper, and that was literally the first week. I suspect opening and closing this regularly will result in zipper failure. Hasn't happened yet, so I can't ding the company, but it's something to look out for.3) I do like the plastic lining that is ready to go, so when you have water dripping, it doesn't drip down onto the floor, unless there's a lot of water. I have my greenhouse in the basement, so a little spilled water is fine for me, but with the plastic shelf lining, it's a lot more protection.4) The light timer and thermometer/hygrometer that's included are very cheap. I immediately replaced them with a better light timer, and battery-powered WiFi recording temperature/hygrometer sensors. If you have very simple needs, the included timer and thermometer/hygrometer might work for you. For me, I just set them aside.5) It has wheels, with lockable casters, which I appreciated during installation, when I rolled it back into the space. Then I locked the casters so they couldn't move. That's it! If you're going to be moving this around, I'm sure you'll appreciate that it's up on wheels. Very portable.6) The lights. My goodness are they bright! Saved the best for last. There are three shelves, and two light arrays per shelf. LED arrays are usually fairly energy efficient, compared to comparable grow lights (incandescent and halogen), and they look nicer than fluorescent lamps for sure. Although all AC LED lamps "flicker" under video recording (as do fluorescent lamps), these don't visibly flicker, which is nice. So, now that I've told you how awesome this greenhouse is - how portable, easy to build, and bright - I have to tell you the potential downside: each LED strip (and remember, there are SIX LED strips in this greenhouse), takes between 30-35 watts of power at 110/120v AC. When running all six lights at once, I am measuring a total usage of 185 watts of power. That was enough to increase my home's overall energy usage (12 twelve hours of usage per day) by 15%. Last September was even warmer, requiring more AC to cool the house, and my monthly kWh went from 1391 to 1604. This was even enough to put me in a different "tariff" rating (think: tax bracket, for electricity), so I pay even more per unit now. What did I do? Well, I realized that the top is basically useless for me, as the shelf is too short. Yes, I can move things around, but then that takes away space from the other two shelves, and they're happy where they are. So, because this is a modular system, I was able to disable the top two light arrays (by simply unplugging them), and rewire the plugs so that only two LED arrays out of six are connected (one per shelf, instead of two).Overall, this simple change cut my light in half, but cut my power usage down to 64 watts, which is a third of the original usage. I'm hoping that this helps bring the electricity back a little, perhaps even under the tariff level, especially with other home energy efficiency techniques.Having said that, I have to warn you: 185 watts of power, running 12-15 hours per day, is a lot of electricity. If you live in a place where you pay for your own electricity, this is going to cost you in monthly electric bills. And if you are thinking about connecting this up for nefarious growing purposes, remember that there will be a huge, unexplainable, and continuous jump in your electricity which will absolutely be noticed, by you and anyone else watching electricity usage on a per house basis. This is not a stealth growing rig.Hopefully I've helped you make the right decision for you and your growing situation. I initially loved this greenhouse, but after a few months of 15% increase in bill, I realized I needed to back-off on the usage to keep my costs affordable.

This greenhouse adds the extra humidity that homes don’t usually have enough of
Wow! Definitely can’t get any better than this! The clarity of the thick plastic covering is spectacular! I had it set up and running for several days now. I purchased some Spanish Moss and after trimming back and removing all dead parts, it’s sorted and hanging in the greenhouse. I have a small cordless fan inside and it's right up against a north window where it will receive indirect sunlight. I also purchased a little humidifier to keep the humidity at a constant 50-70% as it would be in its native environment. The greenhouse functions perfectly to grow my Spanish Moss and I’m also rooting some Harry Lauder’s Walking Stick easily with the humidity and proper amount of sunlight. It’s the perfect size to fit in front of our double hung windows and it’s easy to roll around if needed. The greenhouse is sturdy enough for the weight of several plants, yet easily maneuvered with the wheels on the bottom. The 4 windows allows proper airflow and to quickly reduce the humidity if too high. I’m still tweaking the fan and humidifier to maintain the proper environment. Once that’s complete I won’t need to check it as often, yet it’s kind of hard not to notice as I have it set up around the corner from the kitchen right next to the french doors to the back screened-in back porch. It definitely doesn’t look ‘cheap’ as it’s a quality product that was easy to put together and use right away! You can’t go wrong with this greenhouse! Your plants will thank you with lush green leaves and beautiful flowers! 💐

Game changer!!!!!!
OMG! This is a game changer for me. I absolutely loved the ease of assembly, the flexibility of adjusting the lights "easily", and the plastic greenhouse. I know some have mentioned the lack of quality in the plastic cover. I don't feel that's true. It's plastic.... I'm not tearing it open. I gently unzip.I have "never" had such great success. Within literally less than a week, I had all plants sprouted except for those that are a bit slow. The greenhouse stays right around 70° consistently. This is the real deal. I'm so glad I made this change and invested in this product. So well thought out especially the timer and hygrometer. I would buy another and highly recommend to others.

Great value quality product
Love it. Initial expense but plants enjoyed it over the winter. I did not notice an increase in electric costs.Holds in temp and humidity. Very well made. The metal shelving system is of great quality. Plastic is thick. The velcro for the windows is very strong. Lights are super bright. Easy to adjust to different needs.Initially expensive but buying everything separately would be way more in cost. They already did the work of making a pkg deal. Very pleased.

Great indoor greenhouse
Works great, sturdy and I've have no issues with the quality of the plastic. No issues with the zippers so far, and was easy to set up. I will say the plastic does extend a bit below the shelf itself, but I just tuck it under the rack and have had no issue. The lights are fantastic, love that it comes with zipties or the chain hook mounts to adjust the height of the light itself, and my plants love it. You can also link the lights together for just 1 or 2 racks, not needing to use all of them if you don't need them.

Happy Plants
My husband bought me this as a random gift and I am in love. Has the temperature gage and all. Perfect to keep house plants alive during winter. Worth the purchase. Good size, easy to put together, looks great and easy to clean.

Easy setup, great quality
Excellent greenhouse. I got stumbled up on the wiring of the lights (basic daisy chain, duh). Then I found the wiring diagram and it worked great! The temp / humidity display unit helps you to monitor and keep your plants at optimal growing conditions. The light timer is another huge grow aid. As other reviewers have noted, It is easy to program. Set up took a little under an hour. Easy, peasey! Great quality! I’m already making room for a second…
