Q: i clean houses and not sure which filter to buy for when I'm spraying loads of cleaning products especially cilet bang in showers .

Nicola, a paper mask will be useless if it does not deal around your face properly and you should use a new one each time. This mask will seal better as it has a rubber seal and can be used many times, just be sure to wash it regularly! I suspect Particulate type filters will be perfectly adequate for you, P2 or P3 type, make sure they are 3M ones or they will not fix to the mask! Use 3M 2135 or 6035 filters.

you should get the 3M 6059 ABEK1 Filter which is compatible for with the 7500 series - it protects you from Organic vapours, Inorganic gases, Acid gases and Ammonia. (hint: it's got brown, grey, yellow and green stripes on it.) I use this 6059 ABEK1 filter when mixing 2-part car body filler, but I also use this filter in combination with an additional 3M 501 Filter Retainer and 3M 5925 P2 particulate filters, for spray painting and woodwork (but you might not need the particulate filters if it's only fumes)datasheet: http://multimedia.3m.com/mws/media/439875O/3m-7500-series-half-face-mask-respirator-datasheet.pdf?fn=7500_data_sheet_GB.pdf

No, I didn't receive any filters with it - just the mask itself.

Q: I am a medium sized female but can I assume that the sizing of these masks is geared to men so I should opt for small?

Strangely face size and body size are not intrinsically linked so don't be fooled into thinking that the medium mask will suit you as you are a medium T-shirt size! Truth be told though the medium size of this mask does fit the vast majority of faces. Find a supplier that will let you try or will exchange if you find that the medium does not work. Ideally get a mask fit test.
