I ordered this watering can to water my vegetable garden on the side of my house. I have a small side yard next to my kitchen where I like to plant tomatoes and other vegetables, since that part of my house gets a lot of sun. But there is no hose bib on that side, so I need to use a watering can in order to take care of my plants. The one I had been using was too small, so I had to refill it several times each day. This new one from Chapin is amazing for several reasons. First of all, it holds 2 gallons of water, so I only have to fill it up twice to water all of the vegetables I’m growing this season. Second, the can is very durable. So even if I drop it accidentally, it will be fine. Third, it doesn’t leak as long as you’re carrying it carefully. This is by far the best outdoor watering can I have ever used, and it has worked great for me since the day I received it. Plus it’s a good deal at the current price.

Just right to clean my apartment balcony without a hose. The durable material and attractive ergonomic design are right on. The 2 handles are comfortable and work great. Just the right size, not to heavy when filled, but sufficient to prevent extra trips to refill. Easy to fill in my kitchen sink, carry to the balcony and a great consistent flow from the nozzle. Really love the nozzles consistent spray and good flow for cleaning. Better than expected. Highly recommend this item for that purpose.

Awesome. Very solidly constructed. Thick heavy duty material that fits together very well.And there's something about the vertical shape of it that will make it very practical. I think it'll be easier to handle when it is full, easier to get in and out of the sink, and take up less room.

Perfect for watering my herb garden. Large two gallon capacity with detachable sprinkler head. Best part is the double handle…makes it easy to hold with one hand and tilt with the other. Easy full access on the side of the top. Definitely would buy again!

Works great, sprinkles water as I was hoping it to, holds a good amount of water, feels quite sturdy. My biggest issue is that there is not coverage for both holes, which can be an issue for bugs, dust, and other stuff getting in there. I was looking for a way to plug the back while keeping the sprinkle attachment on the front and I found a squishy stress relief ball seemed to work great. Just wanted to share for other people who were also looking for solutions.

Great watering can. Very spacious holding 2 gallons and I like that it has two handles, so that you can easily carry it without spilling when it is filled to the brim. The spour attaches easily via twisting on and so far I would recommend.

Pricier than what you find at any big box store but absolutely the sturdiest watering device I’ve ever owned! Ergonomically perfect for carrying especially when full and heavy. Large filling opening not obstructed by the handles.

You can get one of these flimsy watering cans from a big box store at about the same price. This one looks like it will outlast any of those. The design is very good, allowing for easy carrying and pouring.
