Great design, Incredibly sharp
Well built and positively locks. The locking screw is a bit difficult to use with gloves on but I like it for its durability and design.

Strong cutting tool !
This is one of the best utility, box cutting tools and the blades are easy to replace. The design of this tool allows a person to open and close it with one hand.

Awesome
This EH-1 and the Olfa H-1 are my two favorite utility knives. The only thing different is the H-1 has a rubber insert giving it a slightly fatter grip profile and the H-1 costs a couple bucks more as a result. I use them both for residential and light commercial repair and remodeling work. They are both heavy duty yet easy to maneuver. Got the EH-1 to compare to the H-1 to see which was better. Turns out they're both great.

Why didn't I buy this sooner? This knife is so much easier to use than my old crappy box knives (you know the ones). Wicked sharp, retractable mechanism feels safe and secure, and it has that satisfying click when you adjust it.

This is a good knife. Good sturdy feeling yellow plastic. Fits the 25mm stanley blades I have from a knife that walked off. I have a small commuter box that I cram a bunch of supplies into, and this knife fits in well because it has a simple rectangular shape. I noticed that ave has the same one, so.

Great knife for clean cuts in thick insulation!
I really like this tool for cutting 1 and 2 inch thick rigid foam insulation. I tried several other brands of razor knives and this one worked best - hands down! This is a Japanese made tool and outperforms the Chinese made junk 10 to 1.

Great for any vehicle or mobile box
Solid, and easy to use once use to the lock knob.

Lock feature is a must
you can never be too careful when using knives like this. I use mine for cutting book board when im bookmaking and the lock allows me to release the right amount of blade so i can be safe, and locking the blade into the case after use to make sure no accidental injuries happen. I definitely think if you are to get a box cutter, it should be one like this
