I was very impressed by Kingbolen stocking in the Canadian warehouse. Delivery was under 24hrs and fantastic.I decides to upgrade from the Elite to the Pro.I contacted Lily at Kingbolen and they gave me a very nice price for the upgrade and even a gift!!I like a compact tablet. This one is about 8" screen and feels very well made.The whole process was very easy and prompt.Lily was a pleasure to deal with and I can recommend the product and the seller. Top class!!

Very difficult to operate,not user friendly, very cumbersome

Ordered and arrived within 3 days. Easy to navigate and update. Wanted the plus version so contacted customer support and after a payment and a little wait period I got updated. Very good customer service.
