First one arrived with the a damaged power cable. The end with the plug to insert into the vehicle power outlet or the battery connection adapter was damaged so the three tools were inoperable. Contacted Amazon and a new one was shipped right away. Will be sending the damaged one back via free UPS Store option for return. Another easy return and replacement from Amazon!!So, I just finished testing all three tools and they worked fine. Easy to connect and I was really happy with the speed and height for raising the the car with the electric scissor jack. I have a 2017 Honda CRV and it went up and down safely and quite quickly. The torque wrench broke the lug nuts with ease. The Inflation pump works but it would take awhile to pump up a tire if it was really low. I suspect it would be handy if you have the time to wait. But I bought this kit for roadside tire changes "made easy" for this retired old man since I live in Arizona and summer heat can really get you sweating quickly.Completely satisfied and hope I never need it, but will be happy I have it if I do.

I really like this jack easy to use, but make sure to read the manual! and when to use the electric torque to open the weel nuts make sure keep holding the torque gun trigger you will hear loud snaping about 3 time and wheels nut start coming out.Hope that helps new use.

Tested on 2008 Honda Accord (LXP, 2.4L, ~3400lb):1. On first attempt, the fuse blew. I promptly replaced with a fuse included and it worked. But, this lowered my confidence greatly in the product. The jack was mid lift when this occurred and could be considered unsafe if one could not safely lower the car.2. BUT THEN.... on the second lift (and fuse lol), the jack gearing SLIPPED!! This not only caused a bit of panic in myself but since then it has NOT been able to lift even some hand pressure. It will attempt to raise then slip and FALL back down a little bit. (I was on level concrete and used proper jack points)3. Impact wrench seemed to work well in terms of force, but there is no way to predict torque.4. Did not test air compressor. Everything seemed to work as intended except for jack.Overall: My jack was NOT SAFE for intended use.I will try to report to manufacturer the issues so they can improve the product. I was excited at the idea of having the ultimate roadside assistance kit, but the jack needs to be improved even for emergency uses.
