It is a good product for who seeking weight loss and body building...I m using last 1 month... I experienced it's tast like as my cravings ... And I will take it with in 15 mins after exercise.. it gives more energy and sufficient for morning protein intake... I have seen good results as per body bulking... Overal it's a good and suggestable to all people...👏👏👏

Writing this review after using the product for more than a week, i have used the product once a day as per the directions on the label which makes sense since each serving has 3 g of creatine and if someone takes more than one serving they will end up consuming more creatine.Solubility of the product is really good, taste isnt the best out there but it is certainly drinkable, sweetness of the product is balanced and people who like lesser sweetness will appreciate this products overall taste.I had no issues digesting the product and there was no bloating whatsoever.Minor suggestion to the company i.e. Please introduce more flavors

OK...good protein. If you are looking for taste you may not like it. You will need to add 400 ml of water to make it dilute less it will be thick.I like XLR8 brand, I will continue to buy their products but not this one.
