Q: Hi, wondering how resilient these slam balls are. I would like to be able to throw it against the ground as hard as possible. Will it hold up?

I haven’t had the ball very long. I use it like a barbelll clean and press, picking it up off the ground, throwing it as high as I can, let it hit the ground and repeat. I’ve throw it only about 50 times but so far, am satisfied with it

Q: What psi of air do you fill it to?

It does not require air. It comes filled with a non bounce material. Sand? Not sure but I’m sure no air.

Q: Is this actually more durable?

It’s the only ball that I have, and used lightly. Satisfied so far
