Literally works great!
I was skeptical at first, Jsaux had me interested but I didn’t like the clip over the console design as it didn’t look as if I could use official dock with it. This works with dock perfectly. As for temps, I play The Division 2 mid settings FPS limit off, typically with tdp set to 12 to keep around 70-75c sometimes hits 80c during raids. Usually it hovers around 65-70 during normal gameplay. After using this today I played a raid, did heavy playing with this fan and have only momentarily seen temps hit 70-71c during raid with lots of players and npcs and effects on screen. It has helped a ton maintaining consistent frame rate and performance for prolonged docked play. Haven’t tested it handheld as I rarely play handheld atm. But it’s such a great little product, seems a few people may have gotten defective units, ignore them, this was exactly what I wanted and needed to keep my deck cooler, def not 15c cooler constantly but a cool 8-12c regularly is beyond chill.

Simple and effective
This is the best solution found to date for removing heat for better Steam Deck performance. At maximum rotation the noise can be excessive, but adjusting the rotation to 50% you will have a considerable cooling with an acceptable noise. I play AAA game with the lowest temperature staying in the 50 to 75 degree range. If someone has difficulty attaching it to the Steam Deck it is because it is not fitting correctly. Great product!

Okay cooling, but scratches the back a lot
Works well, but it’s kinda hard to get it attached properly, and after detaching and reattaching a certain amount of times, the grip is looser, and it scratches the back of the deck. So it’s okay but not ideal for $59

Perfect 👌
Just what I wanted to keep my Steam Deck's temperature regulated, and it works great - I only wish it turned on automagically 🫠I used to get about 1-2 hours of gaming before throttling but with this fan it easily gives me 4-6 hours before any noticable stutters. I had no idea it had a battery, I keep my Steam Deck plugged in most of the time but being able to use the fan on the go was a nice plus.If you wanna maintain the health of your Steam Deck, might as well keep it cool 😎

Worked, but broke in less than 3 hours use!
Was working fine, sucking a lot of heat out. However, like in the other review every once and a while the fan would stall for about 2 seconds. I checked the fan assembly and couldn't find any abnormalities. After about 3 hours of total running time I noticed a burning smell and when I investigated the smell was coming from the fan exhaust and the corner closest to the charging port was extremely hot. When the system had cooled down it would not run again.Seemed like it was working great and the Steam Deck really needs it but it just didn't hold up.
