The instruction booklet is for the replica quilt material packet by Riley Blake. I have not made the quilt yet, but the directions seem good.

Nice quality, great design.
You must buy the border separately, then other fabric, the pattern and a template. Had I known all this I probably would not have purchased it. I will hack it in some way to make it useable as is.
