Love it!
Smells great. Gives a lift to my fine, thin hair. My hair is white and it adds shine and clarity also. I have had trouble finding shampoo that worked on my hair for all my adult life. This stuff is great. It dooesn’t take much for my short hair. Because of the lack of the usual chemicals, it is not a big latherer, but a nice creamy feeling. I bought the conditioner too but don’t really feel I need it. It weights my hair down a bit. The shampoo alone is lovely. Glad I found it.

Great shampoo
It doesn't add weight to my fine, thinning hair. It also tones down the yellowish-grey of hair. I want silver hair, but alas, it is not likely to happen so shampoo with purple toner is my only choice. I love the texture of my fair after shampooing also.

Wonderful for color treated hair!
I have this product on autoship. My hair always feels clean, soft, less frizz, great volume and it doesn't interfere with highlights!

Reformulated in 2024 - now AWFUL!
This used to be my favorite shampoo for many many years. It was sulfate free, safe for my color treated hair, and was a thick iridescent creamy formulation that smelled amazing and didn’t weigh my hair down. So WHY did L’oréal mess with such a good thing??? I can only suspect it was to skimp on production costs and come up with a formulation that unwittingly makes customers use more so they have to repurchase more often. It is now a clear, runny, chemical smelling product. It is SO runny, in fact, that it tends to leak out of the cap when it is stored cap side down. L’oréal just lost a very loyal long term customer, as I will never buy this again.

It's a fine shampoo, less $$ than designer products
My hair stylist recommended this brand when I asked re: reasonably priced shampoos (for many years I paid $$$ at salons for Rene Furterer, Shu Uemura, Oribe, Kerastase, etc.). It's thick, not a runny liquid. The scent is neutral. I don't believe that any shampoo actually can add volume-a mousse or other product is required for that effect. Since shampoo is always thoroughly rinsed out, I question how it could provide volume, anyway.
