I purchased this product and it came a little later due to the hurricane however, I received the product in a perfect package. Once I took the product out of the package, I soaked the hair in a hot water bowl with dish detergent, conditioner, and some vinegar to cleanse and soften up the dreads. This made them smell really well and I heard that it will help with the itching. I took them to my hair girl and she was impressed with the quality, she then crocheted these into a partial for me and it came out really well. So far everything looks pretty good And I love the way that they look. I will be purchasing again in a different color. So far I can’t say the softness is there just yet however the weight is perfect.

(Licensed cosmetologist review) This isn’t my first time ordering these but I do like them a lot. This color matched my current hair almost identically. It blends really well. I have used double ended extensions before but I have to say I think the single ended ones are much easier to work with and also look more realistic in the end, and I used the crochet hook it comes with this time. I did a mix of the boho mixed style ones as well as extra straight dreads to avoid so much tangling with the curly strands. The synthetic fibers tend to tangle really easily with the curly strands and the braided boho style curly strands as well. The straight dreads are no issue. They don’t tangle. Overall pretty lightweight and easy to install and take out. I get lots of compliments on these all the time.

Had high hopes for these because I’ve ordered dreads on Amazon before, just a different brand and HUGE quality difference. Can’t speak for the other colors/lengths that this brand offers, but I can speak for the purple and pink ones with the black roots. These are awful. I’ve been wearing synthetic dreads for 3 years. I wanted to save a little money and found these and was loving the colors. That’s the only good thing about these. The dreads themselves are awful. They feel like they’re made of plastic or something. Not to mention, a lot of them were made terribly, falling apart. Some I couldn’t even use. I gave a few a try and just no. Couldn’t even do a full install. The material is so poor that not only is there a ton of fallout, but like they were falling apart. And talk about making your head itch. For anyone looking to save a little money on dreads, take it from someone who has a little experience. Do not buy these. There are better brands here on Amazon where the quality is so much better.

I ordered these and my daughter installed them. I love how they turned out. They were itchy when we first installed them so when we reinstalled them the following week (developed out technique and decided to start over), I decided to soak them in vinegar and baking soda to soften them up and remove the chemical coating and they worked well. Rinsed them out well and reinstalled the following day once they dried. Overall, I’m loving these. I don’t know how durable they’ll be but if they start to fray they included a crochet hook so I can tighten them back up. I used roughly 30ish DE and about 10 SE added on to add fullness on top and in the back.

Easy and long lasting
