Broken after very little usePedals just spin without moving the truck.

Can’t actually use it as a digger
Bought this for my 3yo son’s birthday and unfortunately it’s really badly designed. The controls for the digger arm are out of reach whilst sat on it so he can’t actually use it as a digger at all. Even my 6 year old struggles to reach. Complained to the seller and they did offer a return but we would have to pay postage which is unrealistic for such a big item. I regret purchasing this.
