Not happy with the seller or the product. Wife ordered this watch last week as my birthday present, received and took it out the box to start setup. Immediately noticed the watch screen was misaligned - all text and graphics crooked. Repackaged and returned. Replacement arrived today - same issue, but this time display cants in the opposite direction of the last unit. You’d think that there would be guide slots on the interior of the case, to enable the screen to line up correctly. Massive issues trying to set watch up, I can’t believe the seller is allowed to list products for sale, all the while knowing they will not work, as they are NO LONGER SUPPORTED. AVOID AT ALL COST, this goes for all Diesel and Fossil smartwatches, they are no longer supported.

It's a beautiful watch, I'm happy with the features and it's abilities. BUT the battery is the problem, even with the extender. Fossil & Diesel have a major task to deal with.

Slow software, built quality not so good looking

Lucky if you get 4 hours use on a full charge..Minute it goes on your wrist just watch the battery drain every second... This is absolutely useless.

This watch is truly the pits! Apart from the battery life (poor) as commented on in other reviews the biggest problem for me is the software. After a few months the watch stopped syncing with the app on my phone. Then the buttons stopped doing what they should do but after a lot of pushing seem to do random things. It says that it is connected to WiFi and Bluetooth but clearly isn’t because nothing will talk to it and no internet connections actually work ie Media. If I hadn’t bought it abroad it would have gone back. As it is I have a digital watch (set manually because auto setting wont work - no connection obviously). essentially this is a triumph of branding over substance. A definite case of “fur coat and no knickers”. Steer clear and buy a from a recognised player in the smart watch market. It may cost more but worth it in saved grief!
