Amazing silicone baking mats
These mats are amazing, I have been debating buying them for sometime and so glad I finally decided to. I am on a low carb diet and so do lots of baking at the moment and a lot of the recipes call for parchment paper to roll ingredients out and for cooking on, with these there is no need for that and makes things so much easier, nothing sticks and they wash up easily with just a wipe or can be put in dishwasher too. They are also great for convenience food to be baked on and cook things nice and crisp and keep your baking trays clean and so last they seem to last longer. Very pleased I purchased these.

Fantastic
I was making a beef wellington and was looking for a silicone mat that would stop the pastry sticking and this worked extremely well. I would highly recommend

Perfect sizing and non stick
Was pleasantly surprised to find both sizes fit my baking trays perfectly, and they are more non stick than other mats I've tried in the past. Very easy to clean, although some staining has remained which isn't really an issue. Would definitely recommend!

the baking sheets do work really well and I’ve been using them for a while and have experienced no wear or tear, only drawbacks are that I wish they had different sizes and they’re a bit tricky to wash and dry
