I haven't used ropes for years. I didn't want to splash out on a heavier/more expensive set of ropes, right away. I've used these a couple of times now. For someone just starting they seem ideal. I'm almost 6ft. Rope is ideal length, and they are fast enough. I'm using them outside on concrete, so I don't anticipate they will last too long. They are not heavy ropes. I'm pleased with the price, and what they do. Good, light cheap set of ropes.

Cheap and cheerful, does the job nicely. Length is abit long however it still enables you to skip if u learn how to adjust it eg wrap it around ur knuckles. Slightly shorter and higher quality handles would enable me to give it 5 star

Bought for my son for his gym routine. Very strong,does the job.

It's a good rope, but the material can never straighten out and is always tangled.

Great bit of kit for cardio that I can take anywhere.I'm not a fan of running, stationary bikes and rowers are expensive, take up too much room, this however does the job both for cardio and to warm up my joints before weight training and sits in my bag when not in use. Cheap, portable and ideal.

Doesn't flatten out as it's some sort of cheap material. The length adjustment is rediculous too, you essentially push the handles in and end up with excess plastic being knotted at the ends. Just ends up getting in the way, and generally looking ugly. Do yourself a favor and invest in a proper skipping rope.

Perfect, nice and long when you receive it so you can adjust the length to whatever size suits you. Accidentally ordered the wrong colour to what I wanted but the seller was nice enough to amend the order straight away and send the colour which I wanted. Would buy again

Good value for money!! Really long (I am 5ft 6) but relatively easy to adjust by tying a knot in the end. you could also cut the plastic down to the correct size
