Fantastic product with years of play potential
Fantastic product which has years of play potential for my little boy. He is 5 and was able to build the mars roamer and with initial support is able to create instructions to control the movements and sound. Although it seemed quite expensive I think it is good value for money because of all the different models you can build and program.

Expensive but it’s good
Really good item, would recommend. Quite expensive but it’s educational and something they learn at school.Our 8 year old daughter really enjoys making models and coding on the computer yo make the Lego move.

It's a great set that allows you to build many different robots ...
I am so surprised that are no reviews on Amazon to date. I have bought this for my 6 year old son for his birthday. It's a great set that allows you to build many different robots and program them to perform simple tasks. My son loves it and it was easy setup and program once the software is downloaded (we are using this with IPad and you need a device with Bluetooth for this to work). There is no manual in the box, so downloading an App/Software is essential for this to work. I would definitely buy again.

Great value for money
It seems a lot of money but it's the best thing you'll buy for a 10 year old! My son spent hours building with the app but then experimenting on his own ideas. It really sti.ulated something in him.

Lego- time to include build instructions for first few robots to scaffold children's learning about technology use in real world
I bought this product to use with my 6 years and four years old grandsons. This would be a wonderful product IF Lego included clear step-by-step instructions on how to build the first few robots. As a retired teacher the instructions for teachers should include this build information to allow for time to focus on the use of robots in the real world. Lego Education has revealed the WeDo 2.0 robotics kit aimed at elementary school students, over eight years after launching the original WeDo. As before, it's designed to teach kids the basics of robotics, thanks to the Mindstorm-like sets. The new kit also replaces the old USB cables with a Bluetooth LE hub that connects to the motors and tilt sensors. The whole thing is driven by a tablet-based drag-and-drop interface that helps kids code basic robotics apps.

EXCELLENT
I bought it for my 8 year old boy and he loves it and use it a lot. Lego are great and this one especially. It is a bit pricey but definitely worth it

Lego Never Disappoints
My Child enjoys this very engaging tool , The box is a bonus , Happy with product . Limitations with programming but very good for kids to build solutions and code . my child is enjoys Lego so she is over the moon .
