Swordfish 40260 Slimline A3 10 Sheet Rotary Paper Trimmer/Guillotine - Red

The trimmer arrived on-time. Unfortunately it was damaged. A call to the seller and a replacement was promised immediately. This arrived safely in a just couple of working days. From my perspective this was an excellent and timely resolution to a problem not caused by the seller.The trimmer itself is lightweight, easy to use and works well with light card (in my case photographic prints up to A3 in size) the replaceable cutting wheel leaves a clean edge. It is much safer and faster than a scalpel, my previous cutting tool!It gets five stars because the seller resolved my original problem politely, without any hesitation and the kit itself works perfectly well.

great value, good cutter, however did have to take it to pieces within 2 weeks due to it becoming out of place and was cutting the plastic.

I was attempting to replace an older knackered version, the A3 sizing seemed to be too much for other suppliers as this was my third attempt to order, but can't fault this supplier, arrived within a couple of days despite ordering over the Christmas period. Not the most robust unit but for the price I can't fault the unit or the supplier.

Despite the fact this is not the cheapest guillotine on the market, it is not good quality. The wheel that slices the items squeaks and squeals with every slice made (drives everyone else in the house mad listening to it) and the area where you feed in the paper to be sliced protrudes slightly so nearly every time you feed the paper in to slice it the paper gets trapped in the metal grate therefore the plastic guard has to be lifted up to feed the paper in over the top of the metal grate to avoid being caught.

Does the job required. Bought as a replacement for one I had years. Cuts card, paper and laminated sheets.

Did a good job as a replacement part

This is an okay paper cutter. It only cuts about 6/8 pages at a time and doesn't always give a clean cut, would be okay for home but not good enough for school or as a teacher

Purchased in February for my wife to use & today it’s stopped cutting. You can get it to cut if you press down really hard, but I’ve noticed the cut is not straight . The bad that supports the cutting wheel seems too flimsy.
