The media could not be loaded.  These truck lights are AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME! I am very impressed with the quality of the wiring, lights and, plugs/connectors. I'm an OEM type, and these are top-notch OEM quality. The capacitive touch is an awesome feature; this feature alone is what sold me. I'm so pleased not to have drilled for and installed cheezy switch. I can see in the dark; no more fumbling through the bed of my ST looking for things. They turn on and off by covering them with your fingers. It's so cool. There is no switch required. And just in case you forget to turn them off when you hit the road, the auto-off feature when you start the engine is great, too.I considered other options because of their "48 LED chips," but after considering the additional switch, wires that would be showing, and having those LEDs taped on, I thought I'd give the Robin lights a shot. I am so pleased I did. The instructions are easy to follow; if you can do that, or if you have a slight mechanical aptitude, these are the truck lights for you.There are some things that don't require perfectionism, but when it come to my ST, it has to be just that. These lights are great.I bought the four pack because I wanted to be sure I had plenty of illumination in my truck bed. I have a hard tonneau cover so the cargo light located on the third brake light doesn’t do anything to light up the bed. Two lights may have done the trick, but I wanted to be sure.I have a 2012 Ford F-150 Supercab with a 6 1/2 ft bed. There was plenty of wire in the kit. The instructions were very clear. Installation was straightforward. With the four light kit, I needed to splice the extra two lights into the wire that runs to the rear two lights which sounds worse than it was because the instructions were clear. It took myself and a buddy of mine about two hours to install these lights. The hardest parts of the project were figuring out how to route the wiring to avoid moving and/or hot moving parts and drilling the holes in the sheet metal (both for the mounting holes and the hole for the wires).The kit comes with provisions to use a switch which I did not use (after all the capacitive touch is why I bought these lights). This also made installation a lot easier than other kits since I didn’t have to route a wire into the cab of the truck and find a place to put the switch. The installation is very clean, the only thing you see are the light pods. The kit comes with plenty of zip ties and fasteners to secure the wire under the truck.I know that there are less expensive options available but they don’t work with touch and require a switch. I like these better. They’re very bright and the light they put out is not harsh. I installed them in December and they are great when loading my snowblower.I have used these for about two months so far in all kinds of weather (extreme cold, snow and rain) and the lights work flawlessly.I highly recommend these lights, they’re worth the price.

These lights definitely live up to the positive reviews! I ordered the four pack for my 2011 GMC Sierra Denali. The instructions were great and it took me the good part of two days to install because I didn't rush. The wire harness and light assembly is very well made and the length of the main wires are well planned out at the factory so they won't be too short. I did not want to drill any holes in my truck bed so I used the existing oval holes near the corners of the bed. I made aluminum brackets, rubber spacers and used small bolts that sandwiched each oval hole. That created a flat, independent from the bed's body, outer surface that the light could bolt to. Then with my Bed Rug in place, it looks just like it came that way from the factory. I have a tonneau cover on my bed and the bright lights make it very easy to see under near it at night. The lights emit a soft glow so they won't hurt your eyes if you look directly at them. The only problem I've noticed is, sometimes when I touch a light it won't turn on or off immediately. I have to keep touching it repeatedly, sometimes with different fingers to trigger the light. Maybe my fingers were too dry or too cold or a little dirty...I'm not sure. I'll recheck my ground connection to see if that makes a difference, so that could be where the small problem is coming from. But despite that, I am still glad I ordered this light kit. Here's some extra information; I planned as much as I could before I installed these lights. That way I could avoid potential problems and have everything ready. I did not use the included wire connectors but I do not discourage their use... it's up to you. Instead I soldered the two light wires to the main wires, then I wrapped each solder connection with electrical tape then all the wires with electrical tape. I've been soldering for nearly 30 years, not to brag, so I know how to make good solder joints that won't cause problems later on. So if you're thinking about buying this kit, do it. Don't let the cost or the few number of lights, compared to competitors, stop you. It's worth the price and like I said earlier, they are very bright. Thanks for reading this review.

These are great lights! They are sleek, and look great in my truck. Fast shipping, great product description, I got exactly what I thought I was getting. Installation was simple, it took me about an hour doing it solo. The touch on/off function is very slick and works great. All the lights come on by just touching one of them. Having light controls from the bed without an additional switch is amazing! I got the 4 light kit and glad I did. I have already gotten several compliments and I am recommending them to everyone who sees them.
