Great for the price!!! Bulky and a little heavy though.
So, I own SEVERAL and I mean over 10 Tozo earbuds, including the A1s, T10, T7 etc.My A1s were my go-to's and I have used them daily for at least 6 hrs a day for an entire year (ok, 355 days of 365) and they performed flawlessly until last week when the left earbud simply no longer fully charges, ever. Ok, I get it, I DID use the heck out of that battery!!I like the Crystal Buds. They are a little heavy and bulky and I haven't been able to get them to fit perfectly in my ear. Note on that: they come with SEVERAL (I think 8 pairs) of silicone tips so this is not on Tozo at all :) They don't fall out or anything, but I think it must be the weight and bulk that don't quite conform to my ears.Pros:They got rid of the Japanese female voice. That is a debatable Pro. I didn't mind it. I felt like a character in a sci-fi manga, talking to the robot AI :D :D but I have seen quite a lot of reviews that stated this was very annoying and it means Tozo was paying attention to user feedback by getting rid of it.Instead of the voice, they now utilize a series of tones. They are distinctly different and you will know what each means within the first couple of times you use them. The case displays both the percentage of the case charger (as a number) and the battery percentage of each bud (as a moving battery bar graphic). They charge very quickly. I think you can easily get 3 hrs of listening time with a 20-minute charge. The overall playtime is at least 8 hrs. In fact, I have yet to get a "battery low" warning within my 8-hour shift. The case is small and light. Fits in a girl's jeans pocket fine (girls, you know what I mean by "girl jeans pocket" :D).They wiressly charge! I have a generic multi-charger for my Samsung watch, Samsung S23 and it has a 3rd spot for earbuds. Works great!! Otherwise, they are USB-C.The TOZO app works great with them!!I am not a sound snob. I just listen to audiobooks and podcasts. Crystal clear voices and with extra tweaking from the TOZO app, I am good to go.Good noise cancelation BUT also, allows you to hear your surroundings without interferring with what you are listening to. Very good balance between the two IMO.Controls customizable through the TOZO app. A lot of people are trashing the app. Look, you guys. It is not perfet but it does give you a little more control over your earbuds. I mean, for the price? IT IS AWESOME!!! You want MORE? By all means, go spend $250 on other brands with all the bells and whistles. For $50, they keep going FOREVER, are charging wirelessly, very decent sound quality, customizable through an app, very sturdy built, waterproof, EXCELLENT microphone/sound quality when used as bluetooth/handsfree with your phone, I mean... come on!! (Plus TOZO runs SEVERAL promotions every year, especially before they release a new model and you can snag a pair of these for even less!!).Excellent customer service, very responsive.ConsNot very many here. As I've said they are a little bulky compared to my A1s (btw A1 are minis to begin with, something the Crystal Buds do NOT claim to be) and I can feel them in my ears but NOT in a painful way. I just know they are there. My ears do no get sore even an 8 hour wear but I just KNOW they are there. Not a big deal for me, but if you are a little sensory sensitive, this might be a deal breaker for you.The touch controls are not as sensitive as the A1 or the "T" series. Ok, note here: the A1s are TOO sensitive. The slightest touch of my hair, my finger accidentally touching them while I am tucking my hair behind my ear etc, would trigger the A1. These are not as sensitive... which is great until you realize, they are NOT as sensitive :D :D and you have clicked 10 times before they respond and then realize you have overclicked :D :DThe controls are customizable through the app though (that's a CON), so you can tinker with that.App could use some improvement but I know they are working on this.No other colors. Come on TOZO, We LOVE the colors. You have so many other options in other models. Please keep offering different colors in all your models, especially for a family of 6 that has keeps buying your products. We love knowing whose is what by having different colored earbuds. I almost didn't buy them because I did NOT want black!! (Glad I did)Overall:GET THEM. The price for what they offer is exceptional. 110% worth it, especially if you are not a sound snob :D

The ultimate in the line of very good wireless earbuds from Tozo
The media could not be loaded. This is my 3rd pair of Tozo wireless ear buds. I just keep being more impressed with each new model they come out with. This latest version, the Tozo Crystal Buds, has added several features that improve the ease of use and quality of the buds, and enhanced existing features from previous other models in their lineup. For new features, the earbud case and charger now has a digital readout of the state of charge of the case. This not only provides much quicker and easier read-out of the status, but also much better fidelity in terms of the exact amount left (every 1% of battery is distinguishable, rather than every 25% with the 4 LED design of others in the line-up). The charging case also has a latch button that is much easier to grab and push with your thumb or fingers as it stands proud of the rest of the case (not a detent or depression as in the other models), especially when you have wet hands, gloves on, etc. Thirdly, the fit of these earbuds at least in my ears is far better than the Tozo T6 and A1 models. The fit of those buds are not bad, but they stick out more from the ear so when wearing them with a beanie or other ear-covering there can be pressure created that results in pain after wearing the buds for awhile. With the Crystal Buds and their much lower profile, the fit when wearing an ear covering is much better, and I have no pressure points or pain when wearing these with a beanie. Fourth, the Crystal Buds have superior active noise cancellation vs the other models I have used. These seems to go for both incoming music or calls, and outgoing voice when on a call. I can hear the content and call dialogue better (while surprisingly still being able to hear my surroundings well if there are vehicles traveling, or people talk to me), and people on the phone report being able to hear me more clearly as well. The listening and phone call quality on the A1 and T6 are not bad, but it is definitely better on the Crystals. Fifth, the touch response seems to work better and more reliably on the Crystal buds. This has been a point of contention in reviews on the A1 and T6 and I have had some issues there as well, where touches don't always register or get the desired response from the buds. The response on the Crystal buds is more reliable perhaps due to having a larger touch sensing area. I have had good luck both with bare fingers and with touch-sensitive gloves on. 6th, the battery life of the Crystal buds when being used is significantly longer than with the T6 and especially the A1s. Truth be told I haven't had a long enough listening experience yet to reach the battery level low warning on the Crystals, and I have went close to 6 hours at probably 60% volume on them. This would almost certainly be at or slightly beyond the limit of the T6, and definitely beyond the limit of the A1s. Notice a pattern here? Everything is significantly or at least marginally better on the Crystal buds vs the other good options I use from the Tozo line of earbuds. Now the trouble is fighting my wife for them as she requested to try them after seeing how "cute" the case for the Crystal model is and now loves how they feel in her ears and how great the sound quality is. On the point of sound quality, these are the best I have used. No, I have not used the $100+ dollar options from Beats or Sony etc, and maybe ignorance is bliss but these leave me wanting nothing in the sound quality department. Tozo also has a nice and intuitive app for adjusting the equalizer for these buds and the range on all of the adjustments is quite wide, so if you would like to adjust the sound you are getting there should be plenty of room for you to get what you want. The out-of-the-package equalizer is set flat and the sound quality is still great. I prefer a bit more powerful equalizer settings on both ends of the frequency range and the Crystal buds embrace this with strong, clear base and nicely-differentiated highs with clear lyrical notes. Again, coupling this with the improved active noise cancellation the listening experience on these buds is great, and a marked improvement over the already good T6 and passable A1.Thanks so much for reading my review, hopefully it helps you learn more about this product and make a good decision on the right product for you!

No noise cancellation
If you ware fine with no noise cancellation then its a pretty decent earbuds, just put the volume all the way up and make sure its very deep in your ears and tweak the sound a bit in the settings
