Heat Shrink Tubing Kit - 3:1 Ratio Adhesive Lined, Marine Grade Shrink Wrap Industrial Heat-Shrink Tubing - 240 PCS

This kit is excellent for people who like to do their own wiring, especially for vehicles. There are 6 different sizes from 16 gauge to 1/0. These have adhesive inside them just like the expensive marine heat shrink, that way it keeps out water and other contaminants. They are fairly thick, they shrink fast and they keep your wires safe inside and outdoors. Its recommended you put your wires in a loom if they are exposed to the elements but these are durable enough you could probably get away with not doing that.I will be purchasing again once my current kit runs dry.

In a pinch, I purchased a box of super crappy Harbor Freight shrink tubing, which I tossed… The Amazon short but fairly thick, sleek black tube is just right for insulating and tidying up electrical projects. The sticky material inside the sleek black tubes really adheres well when heated. Excellent variety of black tube sizes. There’s a size for most everyone and most every project.

Works as it should and the adhesive sealant works well too! No more risk of water ingress.

This stuff is great. Sizing is a little off, but unlike cheaper heat shrink it actually shrinks well over 50% it's size. I'd say be a little careful with heat. A lighter is a little slow and doesn't seen to melt the glue inside great and a butane torch can scorch the surface easily. Took me a few to get it right.

Makes my final project look more professional.

I just paid $30 for a little bag of these 6 months ago. Can't believe I didn't look here first.

Awesome stuff. Cut to a good length already, great shrinking.
