These are well made great quality mugs, very pretty and colourful, look classy and a good size, easy to hold and strong. Easy to wash and well worth the money. Very happy with these unusual mugs.

Nice and colourful, but...
Although these cups are very nice and colourful, one of them had a damaged handle and I just wanted a replacement for the damaged one. The problem is you have to send all four back and get a refund. As I have used the other cups (because I thought it would be possible to just have one replaced) and thrown the packaging away. There seems no way of getting this across in Amazons refund/replace service. Help please.
