Purple Potatoes Very Tasty and Creamy
I sent the bag to my son who loves blue/purple potatoes. He said they were wonderful and very creamy.

Like I used to grow.
These look just like the kind I used to grow in my garden. Arrived in a dented box but they seem unharmed.

Nice size. Quick boil.
Using these for "resistant starch". Clean, boil until done, then allow to cool before storing in refrigerator. They are good for 3 - 7 days. Ready to drop in soups or whatever you like to do with them. Texture changes and is very good for digestion (please research resistant starch for health benefits, and, agree or not).

Blue potatoes are more delicious than regular potatoes.
Dutch blue potatoes are delicious! Can't find anywhere around here. I discovered them in NH at the local organic small farm coop. Glad Melissa sells on Amazon. Potatoes came promptly & fresh.

these are exactly as they are in stores
these are exactly as they are in stores - exactly as expected - very small - like 1-2 inchesthis has been the only brand that has consistently been purple inside. other brands from my grocery store are white or heavily marbled inside. I don't know if because of the type of potato or the growing season, but these are actually what I knew as a purple potato - dark purple inside.
