Installed them on a motorhome which had a really bad set of yellow halogen headlights. Instead of messing with the aim, I opted to goto white LEDs since they are more efficient and lower power (and can be brighter). Low beams are not too bad, but high beams are weak - it seems as if the low beams intensity isn't transferred to the high beams and there is a loss of overall brightness in the aiming scheme... maybe it's the aiming. I used the standard recommended aiming from the vehicle manual, so I'm not sure why I'm getting so little light on high beams. You do get illumination higher and 'farther' but at the road level where you need to see, it is very dim and actually better to just stay with low beams.Overall, I liked the low beam quality and brightness, but not digging what I would call low quality high beams.
