EVS Sports WB01 Wrist Brace (Adult),Black

A couple of years ago, at a very slow speed on some slick rock, not paying attention(looking for a trail entrance) I hit a small pot hole. Over the bars I went breaking the fall with my extended hands(dumb huh?) Picked up a pretty tough wrist sprain. It pushed me off my bike for several days. (as a daily rider it takes a lot to do that!) Finally healed enough to re-mount. Problem was that the wrist was weakened to the point that it took little to re-injure it, again and again. So went a-lookin' for some type of wrist guard and bought these. They did the trick! Gave enough support to allow my wrist to heal(although I still have a little trouble with it, BAD sprain!) When you first put them on and cinch 'em down they feel tight and somewhat restrictive but once you hit the trail you never think of them again. Now I NEVER ride without them, like my helmet! Left a pair on my bumper once losing them; ordered another pair that night. I tend to stretch my skill level and bite the dust fairly regular and have not hurt my wrist since. (I'm old too! 60) So I highly recommend them as a tool to keep oneself in the saddle!

I injured my right wrist while riding my ATV in the woods. The front tire caught on something which sent the right side handlebar rocketing back into my wrist and thumb. It very painful, and almost impossible to ride the quad back because I was having trouble pressing the throttle with my thumb. I did some research and found these. The very next week I was out riding again with this brace. It felt very good. I took it off the very same day and forgot. I stared riding and noticed immediately because my wrist was hurting again. I will not ride without it now, and plan to buy another one for the other wrist.

I was in the market for some wrist braces to wear mountain biking after a scaphoid fracture. Being sidelined with broken bones is no fun... Early on when my wrist was still tender, I found the EVS Sports WB01 to be my brace of choice. The WB01 is a cuff brace that provides a lot of support and greatly alleviates wrist pain and fatigue, but wrist motion is somewhat restricted - not so much that you can't easily ride though. Now that my wrist is fully healed, I have moved on to the EVS Wrister glove. These essentially wear and ride just like a good pair of full finger MTB gloves. They do not restrict normal motion, but the spline on the backside is supposed to prevent over extension of the wrist, thus reducing the chance of injury. I can't say that I have actually tested this feature yet, but I do like the gloves. They are comfortable and seem to be a good balance of breathable for warmer weather and warmth for cooler weather.

Great design. I can finally do pushups again without wrist pain. Wear with or without gloves, depending on activity. I use it for computer work, biking, skating, sleeping, workouts.This brace utilizes two neoprene rubber pads that, when strapped in, act as "leaf springs" to reinforce the back of the wrist. You can use either one independently or combine them, for a total of three choices of rigidity. The only thing I would change is to make the pads staggered: When using both pieces together they can dig into the back of the hand. Staggering them would give them a "progressive-rate" flex and make it more comfortable.

I'm on my 2nd EVS wrist wrap (lost the first). It was originally designed for skateboarders but I saw maybe an opportunity for a bowling wrist support. For me it's been great. It's not bulky and you control the support and stiffness needed.

Great wrist brace, provides support and prevents further injury, this brace is meant for support and not curative as some others assumed. It’s a good brace because it does not interfere with your grip on the bars

I sit on the computer about 16 hours a day (between work and play). I also lift weights. All of these things combined have given me bad extension problems in my wrists. I have tried the normal braces with the metal brace under the wrist/palm and wraps but nothing comes close to how good these work for me.First thing that I really like like about them is the openness. My hands and wrists will sweat and not having something covering the thumb area and palm helps to keep them coolSecond thing is not having a ball or jell pad on my palm. This is especially great for mouse control. More precision movement and now i'm able to reach the extra buttons on the side of my mouse.For weightlifting I have wrist wraps (really cheap ones) and I am fine with those because I go through a lot. I also sweat a lot when lifting. I just don't want to ruin these but I would definitely use them if I had a second pair.

great safety device for the price. feels good, looks good. hope. only disappointment there is no US flag as listed.

I broke my right wrist about 20 years ago and it's never been the same since. I've always had some hesitation riding aggressively in fear of falling and re-injuring my wrist. Well...I bought these and have been riding more aggressively and yesterday fell right over my handle bars and with these wrist braces I didn't feel a thing. The only thing that was hurt was my pride! My wrists are perfectly fine...highly recommend!

Nutze es im American Football. Angenehm zu Tragen. Erfüllt seinen Zweck. Auch alleine gut anzuziehen. Waschen sollte man vorsichtig sein.

Works ok but product is not as advertised in the picture pretty sure its a knockoff!
