I absolutely love both the grate and the pan! The pan is high grade aluminum so it heats evenly, will never rust and it’s super sturdy. The grate is also well made and sturdy. You’ll want to use a brush with sturdy bristles to get in between the small squares. I love that they are small and the perfect size, food won’t slip through!My first use was smoked salmon in my Traeger. I covered the pan and sprayed the grate with Pam. There is also a good inch of space between the grate and the pan, so that allows for nice airflow. Cooked perfectly! Fish slid right off the grate with slight finger pressure. I used the liquid Barkeepers Friend to clean the pan. Came out just like new! To clean the grate, I used soap and hot water and a brush I bought for scrubbing potatoes. Cleaned up nicely!I’ve been to a restaurant supply store to buy high grade aluminum pans and cookie sheets and I’ve paid top dollar, you get what you pay for! This pan is right up there with the same quality of high end aluminum, extremely sturdy and durable. I think you can guess to say I highly recommend this pan and grate!

These pans are great. They don’t warp. Do not run them through the dishwasher, it will remove some of the shininess.

Was spot on what we needed. Box clearly says "do not wash pan in dishwasher" so I was glad that was made clear. The pan is nice and deep and really, really nice to have the pre-cut parchment. We do lots of veggie grilling and that has made a huge cleanup difference. So tired of messing with foil or parchment in a roll that curls up. Their pre-cut parchment has been pretty awesome. It's a good basic pan/wire rack and we've already used it to roast veggies and salmon (we still lay a little non-stick foil the shape of the salmon filet to make clean-up even easier- fish proteins are really sticky no matter what). We figure we'll get a good couple years of of this. I think we'll order 2-4 pre-cut parchment now as vendors come and go on Amazon sometimes. We use the heck out of this for oven roasting. Just remember that the pan MUST be hand washed. I've worked in restaurants since a teenager and not once did any place wash aluminum pans in a dishwasher. Even Pizza Hut hand washes their pie pans. So people get over that- I saw the reviews and just rolled my eyes. First world whining. Anyhow, was refreshing to see something on Amazon from overseas that wasn't a piece of junk for once.

Called the company direct and no one returned my call. First the rack was missing so I can't review it. Second the roasting pan warped after half an hour in the over at 450. Then cleaned it with a dobie pad which is very gentle. It is now full of scratches as if there was a coating on the aluminum pan. The pan now sticks to every surface??? What's that all about.This is an update for the product on 12/2/2019. The product was replaced, washed it thoroughly and then baked with it in the over at 425 degrees for 40 minutes. and I have had no problem with it. Love this pan and the rack too.

I bought these used from Amazon as "Used - Very Good". They came in what looked like a worn/damaged outer box, but the pans themselves were unopened from their plastic packaging and were brand new. I'm very happy with this purchase. They have a nice weight to them. They are the perfect size to make a pan pizza from 1lb of dough.

We purchased this pan because we already have it another size. The pan cooks really evenly. I love the strength of it—no buckling!Great pan at a fair price!

I was looking for pans that I could use 2 side by side in my oven. They are not easy to find that are sturdy/durable. These fit and are heavy enough they won't bend.

This is a great little pan and the grate is very good for cooking fish. You need to be VERY careful not to wash it in the dishwasher where it will discolor - as disclosed in the directions.

I like these baking sheets. They are easy to clean. They are sturdy and well worth the money. Delivery was fast and the packing was good. I have bought these and the larger ones and would buy them again.

I put 2 7lb pork shoulders on this and it didn’t warp or bend. The grill fits in dishwasher. Pan is hand wash only. Solid purchase for smoker.

Zunächst war ich etwas skeptisch, aufgrund mancher Rezessionen.Aber, was soll ich sagen: ich bin sehr positiv über die Qualität überrascht!Alleine schon das Blech, das aus Aluminium gefertigt ist, ist schon sehr stabil und sehr gut verarbeitet.Das Rost passt sehr gut in das Blech, sehr maßgenau, da wackelt nichts.Da bin ich wirklich positiv überrascht.Bei der Auswahl der Kombi aus Rost und Blech sollte man auf die Größenauswahl achten; es werden mehrere Größen angeboten. Nicht das das Blech dann nicht in den Ofen passt!
