I really thought this part would fix my printer problem. Apparently HP wants us to buy from them.

All of a sudden my 3 month old black cartridge just popped out. Bought another (not refundable) cartridge in hopes the ink cartridge was bad. No such luck. Nothing about refurbished on the product description. I’m not happy with Amazon or the business that sent me the printer head.

Have had new printhead a little over a month and is garbage. Brand new ink installed, took it out and reinstalled and orinting absolutely nothing…..

I specifically asked for the correct HP 8600 printer cartridge and this item came up in the search. It has not printed anything. I had two tech companies try a 'remote 'fix to get this to work--- neither could. I finally had someone from the Geek squad come to my home and he checked the product number and found that it is NOT recommended for the HP 8600. I have now purchased the correct unit(via Amazon) and want to return this because you recommended this to me-- I bought it and it was NOT the right printer cartridge for my printer. Please return my money.
