CNKF 5 Sets DT Connector kit Waterproof Sealed Electrical Plug housing Wire Deutsch Connector 16-22AWG DT04-2P DT06-2S (2P,Gray)

I took a chance looking for waterproof connectors and didn't want to buy a $500 dollar kit. I'm going to assume these are from China or some place, but they are even marked "Deutsch" on the side. So far I've only installed one since I'm learning, but high quality and the installation is relatively easy. I can add later as I get farther in my project.A little bit down the line now. I'm now working on my third connector. I did have to go on line to learn how to put them correctly. Then I found out how they differ from a factory Deutsch. They don't come apart. I had to use a dremel because I don' t have enough extra wiring. So I still give them a thumbs up. So far really great and probably better if you knew what you were doing out of the box.

I usually don't leave reviews but I decided I should since there seems to be alot of mis-information here.The connectors work. I would recommend getting the right crimper as it makes life easier. Assembling the connectors is simple if you put the correct piece in the correct spot. Looking at the image or any Duestch connector should be a give away but I see one review on here where he has no idea what he was doing and blamed the product when he didn't know what he was doing.The connector after assembly is a big tough to put together and take apart for the first few tries but after that, they work well. I assume it is from poor machining tolerances and the pins need to line up.Overall for the price, they are very nice.

These have a nice tight seal and are easy-to-use. The plastic is decent and the seals around the wires are nice.The plastic pieces that go inside the plug don't fit right at all. I had to toss mine out. These hold the little metal plugs in place, for proper alignment inside the plug ends.

Good stuff. These work great, and you can't beat the price.

I saw a few negative posts and they all had one thing in common, the hollow pins. I can attest that when used with solid pins (bought from another vendor), this kit is a great money saver.

Works well mating to existing connector. No instructions, but easy to figure out how it goes together. Shipping was quick. Would recommend product and seller.

Bought these to use in a custom wiring application for my Harley. They fit correctly, but your pinout better be permanent because there is no removing the plates that hold the pins in place without destroying them. This was a problem for me because I needed the ability to remove/replace/add pins when I replace a sensor or add new components. The stock Harley ones, and others that I have used do not have the issue of being "permanent", you can pull the retainer and change the pins easily, even after years of use on the road.

Good product worked well and prices where affordable.
