Great fit. Great stopping..
The factory brakes developed the shakes at around 55k miles.I got these to replace. The factory ones were good, I never had any complaints. These Powerstops are REALLY good. They stop hard, don’t seem to have any fade, and are buttery smooth. This was from a 600 mile round trip to through the mountains of East Tennessee.I have not used them with a trailer yet, but I am sure they will not disappoint. The labor to replace was a bit of a chore but nothing crazy difficult. The originals had the thickness to be turned but I didn’t realize that until I was putting the new ones on. Getting the factory front calipers off was a chore as they are torqued on at 185 ft-lbs. The rear calipers are on with an odd bolt requiring a 7mm hex key or socket. All the factory rotors required some pounding with a big mallet to get them off, but the fronts were the most difficult by far.

Huge Powerstop fan. The Z-36 brake kit is all I'll use on my 1/2 ton tow vehicles
I've purchased too many Powerstop kits to remember. They are on virtually everything I drive. On a half-ton chassis, the Z36 brakes provide much better stopping power than stock, and that applies to both Ford and GM vehicles that I have had them on. Less brake fade as well. Mountain driving? These are the ticket if you want improvement over stock. The other thing I like about Powerstop is the absence of brake dust on the wheels. The pads just don't generate any black, gross dust.Performance while towing is exceptional. There is one time, specifically, that these brakes kept me out of an accident while towing- a person made a sudden stop in front of me, and it took everything the Z36's had to keep me from rear-ending the stopped car in front of me. Mind you, that was with a 5,000lb boat hooked up behind my vehicle. No doubt that the factory original brakes wouldn't have been up for the task that day.

Easy install, highly recommended.
These are top quality. I highly recommend and will be a return customer to this brand. The fit was perfect. Install was easy. The kit arrived well packaged and complete. The break-in process was straightforward. After a few hundred miles the breaks are stopping better than factory. Great value for the money!

Very high quality brake package
I bought this front & read disc brake package because I have used Power Stop brakes before with excellent results. These rotors are made from high quality steel instead of chinesium and they don't warp. They are drilled & slotted so they cool properly. The brake pads are graphite/ceramic so there is no brake fade. I bought the brake package made for tow vehicles because I pull a trailer with a tractor and front loader. The rotors also have two extra holes that are threaded which will allow you to "push" a rotor off the hub if it is stuck after years of use; a very nice feature. So far, all three of these brake packages have performed much better than the original manufacturers equipment and two of the vehicles have more than 60,000 miles on those brakes.NOTE for Power Stop. This package K5577-36 weighs more than 120 LBS so maybe you could ship it in 2 boxes. Finally, you should purge or remove all of the old brake fluid every two years because brake fluid is hydroscopic which means it absorbs moisture. It supposed to do that to prevent water vapor (in the air) from collecting in the wheel and master cylinders. But, as the percentage of moisture in the brake fluid increases, the lower the boiling point becomes. I use a synthetic DOT 5.1 brake fluid which has a very high boiling point (522 degrees.)Do NOT use DOT 5 brake fluid in any vehicle with anti-lock brakes because it is a pure silicon liquid and the anti-lock brake pump will make it froth up like whipped cream. DOT 5 is perfect for race cars that don't have anti-lock brakes because it's boiling point is well over 550 degrees.Remember, DOT 5 is only for race cars that do NOT have ABS.DOT 5.1 is for normal vehicles that DO have anti-lock brakes.

Fabulous brakes and rotors
Put these on a 2017 Ford Expedition King Ranch, wow what a difference. These are dead quiet and smooth. Perfect fit.Caution research how to break in these ceramic brakes, there are YouTube videos for this brand product. If you don’t and just go for a test drive, like I did, and come to a full stop right away better have your seatbelt on as they lock up. Do the proper break in procedure and they will be the smoothest brakes you’ve ever had.

Great value and amazing stopping power.
The wife’s 2016 Expedition had plenty of meat left on the pads and rotors were in good shape but it developed a nasty screeching sound when backing out of the garage after parking over night. I tow infrequently but noticed the stock brakes get a decent amount of heat fade when towing. This kit solved both of those issues and increased the stopping power noticeably. I originally planned on only getting new pads and realized this kit was only going to cost an additional ~$120. Worth the investment! The braking is incredibly smooth and linear but the bite when you’re braking aggressively is what impressed me the most. I have put this same style kit from the same manufacturer on three of my vehicles so far and have no regrets after 60k plus miles. Also, they look amazing and the coating used keeps them looking fresh and rust free for years.
