I bought this case for my Focusrite Scarlett Solo audio interface, and it fits the case perfectly (it may be 3/4" longer than needed, but who cares). Just wanted the folks looking for their Scarlett Solo travel case know.It's a sturdy box that gave my interface no troubles when I travel with it. 5/5: it just works.

Great little case. Fits my mini zoom and charger as well as spare batteries and provides a solid protective cover . Very satisfied.

The Zoom H1n is good at recording, but it doesn't feel super sturdy, and since I live in a bus, things get banged around a lot. I've been keeping my H1n in the original box, which protects it but makes it a hassle to get out and put away. This case feels like it will protect the recorder, and it's easy to stash in a bag with my camera gear. Much handier than the original box.The zipper works well, but it's very tight when you zip around the corners. It feels like it would be easy to break the zipper if you aren't careful. However, I added a little bit of synthetic grease to the zipper teeth, and that made zipping a lot smoother. (Graphite or even petroleum jelly would probably work as well.) Overall, I'm happy with this product.

This is a great case! I recently bought a Zoom H1 recorder. I have used my Zoom a number of times and was putting it back in the box each time I finished using it. I saw some soft cases which looked pretty good, but then I saw this hard case custom-made for the Zoom H1...excellent! It is well made and attractive and comes with a 'dead cat' (furry) windscreen. The windscreen is a nice addition to the package. It fits in the case while on or off of the Zoom unit, although it is a snug fit. The dead cat windscreen comes in handy for 'outdoor with wind' applications. For indoor recordings with dialog, I also have foam windscreens. Those also work well outdoors if the wind is light. The only disadvantage to the dead cat type is that it totally covers the red 'record' light. When you push record, you could push the elastic up slightly to view the light to make sure you are in record mode then let it pop back into place. The foam windscreen (sold separately) stops just short of the red record light so you can see it come on after pressing the record button..
