Wanted to try making Borek after having it in Türkiye. Although mine didn’t taste as good as theirs, this product worked great. It was every bit as good as in Türkiye! It came with two so I know ready for my next one. It is freezable and I hope that won’t change the texture much. We shall see.

i cannot use this, the thin layers are so messed up you and wrinkled a total waste of money will never by this brand again i would share a video but do not have a cell phone

The sheets are good for a cheese Turkish borek style pie. They are made in Turkey, which is great! The only bad thing was the package. It was placed in a soft plastic bag. It caught the heat of the summer during transportation and during the time that it was left on the front porch. Luckily, I picked it up quite on time. It arrived ok, but it can get ruined easily by the summer heat.

I made Spanikopita and this phyllo was great. Sure there can be some rips and tears, but on the whole they were good sheets.

Really bad.it canes like all in one big dough piece.you can’t use for nothing .theres no return option for that!its big scam
