CAMPO D'ORO - Pistachio Butter Sweet Spreadable Cream, 6.3 oz (180g)

I could just eat this on everything it's sooo good and great for the Dubai chocolate bars or strawberry cups

I liked the nutty flavor, but it tastes EXTREMELY SWEET to the point i felt sick eating it. It was also not vegan like listed and is terrible. Contains skimmed milk which though is labeled non dairy? Rating 5 , so you will see this . This was the worst pistachio butter ever. Increadibly over sweet, and is not vegan like listed, infact contains milk , and vegetable oil. This is not vegan, tastes terrible, and is WAYY too sweet. For this price, I would never buy this EVER AGAIN. This is most likely the WORST EVER PISTACHIO BUTTER. And since it contains milk, I stored it in a cold place, just to find that it has to be stirred every 24 hours. WHEN I BUY EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS, I EXPECT EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS. NOT CHEAP PRODUCTS IN A JAR PLEASE!

Do not buy this! Mine was completely unusable and went straight into the trash. All of the oil had completely separated and was left with a large glob and was hard as a rock and could not mix it together no matter how much I tried. Very disappointing, would give it no stars if I could

Great flavor and texture. I got a taste for pistachio cream when in Sicily. It tends to be expensive, but this is a more reasonable option and tastes wonderful. Think peanut butter, but with pistachios. I've actually added it to my 'subscribe and save'. If you love pistachios, I think you'll enjoy this.

This Pistachio Butter is excellent on toast , celery . It is smooth but definitely sweet.

I purchased 3 jars of this pistachio cream for a Dubai Chocolate Cake Pop recipe. The first thing I noticed was that it was not green. It was a tan nutty color. I didn’t mind this because I would rather be in control of how much artificial color is added to my food. (I did add a little bit of green oil based food coloring and it looked as I expected.) The second thing I noticed was that it separated much like natural peanut butter separates with the oil on top. I had to microwave it for 10-15 seconds and then stir it to make it the proper consistency. After that, it was the perfect to mix with the kataifi for my Dubai Chocolate Cake Pops! (I would NOT consider this a spreadable paste because it’s a thin cream once you mix it. However, the thin consistency mixes perfectly with the kataifi and it went a long way!) The cream was delicious and made my cake pops a huge hit! The price was fair, considering how much other jars of pistachio cream cost. I highly recommend this product, as long as you’re aware of the color and the consistency. (I was not and had to figure it out as I went.) I will be purchasing this the next time I make Dubai Chocolate anything! Packaging was great too! Jar comes protected in a thicker cardboard box.

I’m really sad this was not the same pistachio butter by this company that was sold to me at HEB. This product has other nut butters in it and is brown. The pistachio butter from HEB from this same company was green and more of a pistachio flavor with a great spreadable consistency. I don’t recall there being all the other nut butters. It still has a good flavor but it spreads much more like a natural peanut butter. I would prefer the other version.

This is a nutty mixture, just like any natural nut butter, it need to be mixed for about 5 min. till it is all blended together. Then it will be great. Of course it is oily on top, and seems runny, of course it has natural sediment that needs to be mixed back together. Once that is accomplished it is great. Mine did not look as green as the picture here, but did have a mild flavor of pistachios and tasted amazing. I crushed up my own pistachios and added it to make it even better, in my opinion. I bought this to make "Dubai chocolate " GF version. It is wonderful and looking forward to purchasing again and trying their nougat butter.
