Where's the yeast??
I love this bread mix by GF Jules. Have been buying it for many years. No problems until my last order in April. I ordered 5 bags of the bread flour. When I received it, there was only 4 bags. And when I went to bake, no yeast packet. So, opened another one because I didn't have any yeast. Well, turns out I had to open all 4 bags and no yeast in any of them. So I wrote to the seller, asking for the 5th bag to be delivered and also the missing yeast. As of this date, have not heard anything. I'm surprised because this is a good company.

Great mix, excellent for sandwich buns! Easy to use.
Love it! My go-to for making GF hamburger or Hoagie buns. After baking you can wrap individually and keep in freezer. They taste great and I don’t have to pay $2 or $3 dollars for a GF bun at restaurants—I bring my own. Note —you will need some instant yeast to use the mix.

Awesome gf bread machine mix! Fluffy, high rising, very tasty!
Awesome gluten free bread from a bread machine. Incredibly light and fluffy for gf bread, it rose all the way up to the same level a wheat flour bread mix does. Great taste too!

Beware of the Salt
This is the saltiest bread. I'm not sure why it is already added to the mix. I have twice bought this mix which is ridiculously overpriced for one loaf!!!My daughter won't even eat it. It's too salty for all of us!

Best ever!
Oh my gosh, this cornbread mix is so much better than any other that I have tried. It’s truly fabulous. I can’t believe I didn’t know about it sooner. I just ordered another half dozen, which is not going to do my figure any good but oh my gosh, I can’t tell you how good this is.

Bought this for a guest that was coming that was gluten free and made it in the bread maker. Turned out great

Bread in bread maker
I am experimenting with gf products available and making gf yummy bread was a big deal. I follow recipe on their website and there is secret to add club soda instead of regular water. Made in bread maker with gf program. After 3h bread came out. Best experience ever. Moist airy non crumbling delicious and healthy ( added chia seeds to mixture). 2 days and is gone. Very satisfied with my purchase but high price is a big disadvantage. Overall I recommend this product.
