Q: Does this come with any cables?

Yes. Mine came with both coax and optical digital.

Q: How long are the included cables?

Optical cable is about 1m / 36 inches. The mini USB power cord is about the same length. I've added a 5 foot RCA plug for other components that don't have optical I/O ports

Q: If i use this connected to my pc can i have a usb port on my pc power this thing?

That should work, if the USB port puts out power. I used a 5a plug into the wall.

Q: How many watts are used

I didn't see that in the specs but it is powered by the USB port so less than 300
