So my wife and I have a particular board game that we love (loads and loads of pieces,cards,tokens,books and whatnot) and I found a cool case to put it all in(which has now turned into multiple cases, damn expansions haha) however I used this and cut it down to size to perfectly fit inside the lid and bottom of the case for the boardgame so things don’t shake and move around and keep everything from bumping and denting boxes and ruining books n stuff, worked perfect!! Will buy again if I need more for sure!

this stuff is really nice and doesnt smell. worked great on a ramp for my dog

These thing stink to High-Heaven upon opening. It's some kind of noxious chemical odor. I recommend opening the packaging outdoors and letting them air out in the sun for a day or two. After that they're fine.I bought them to stop the echo my clients hear when I'm working from my home office (it's pretty Spartan). 3 staples each into the sheetrock walls, et voilà! Problem solved for next to nothing in cost.

I thought the foam would be thicker making for sound reduction room reverberation.

these are barely an inch and a quarter… not even close to 2 inches. quality sucks they tear super easily. you’ll most likely regret buying, these i know i do

Not happy with this! The material started fading and turning yellowish after a couple of months. I installed them in my studio. No sunlight hitting the pads and still they changed color.

Ordered one pair of these along with 8 black foam panels from a different vendor (plus 2 green panels that still haven't arrived yet). I left these in a well-ventilated area for days. Then tried the water and sun method - still the blue panels did not return to shape at the corners. The corners are smashed to about 1/2" thickness and leave a gap to the next panel and don't come to a square edge. I would have to cut this down quite a bit to get the 2" usable thickness with no gaps. The 8 black foam panels (from a different vendor) expanded to the expected size and shape in less than an hour with squared-off corners and will receive 5 stars. Zooming into the photo will show how far it's separated from the black panel below at the corner. I'll still use them since the room will be plenty "dead" of sound for my vocal recordings once all the panels have arrived and are installed.
