Q: Can you rack this in a typical power rack? Is 4 feet of bar long enough?

Yes you can’t BUT DONT buy this bar! I sent it back after one rep. It is a hunk of junk- it’s not balanced right, the pads are not one piece, so they separate and are ridiculously uncomfortable ( I squat 355, 500 on a box- I’m a female. I DONT use pads when I straight bar squat, but this SSB is awful!). I ordered a The Titan v2- it’s is cheaper & feels like a Cadillac compared to this worthless piece of junk!
