Are Batteries included
This has been requested by grandaughter but I am unclear as to whether batteries are included or not.Nothing worse than getting a toy that needs batteries, and you don't have any. On trying to read the very small writing on the packaging it does look as though batteries are included.

Doesn’t function
Cute wand but battery was non functional and when replaced with a new one the light atill did not work. So disappointed as this was sent as a birthday gift.
