The phone overall is great but will not work with spectrum mobile. We decided to keep the phone anyway and use it as a wifi phone but a little disappointed I couldn't add it on my mobile plan which is no fault of the seller.

I bought this knowing that i was changing service providers from at&t to spectrum next year. i wanted to be able to take this phone with me so i opted for an unlocked phone. the phone they sent me was locked to at&t and even had at&t stickers on it. i had to use it as i was out a phone and currently had at&t. the phone always had connection issues, frequently was unable to send messages despite having full bars, and always had warnings about a dusty camera despite me thoroughly cleaning it and using a camera cover. now i cant take my phone with me to my new service provider so i just spent over $200 on a phone i can no longer use. unfortunately most of the problems presented after the amazon warranty was up.

I just received this phone yesterday and moved my T-Mobil SIM card with no issues whatsoever. It did not come with the original Box. It did come with 2 chargers 1 wireless and one USB C. So it charges both ways. After doing my research, on YouTube, I decided to switch to Samsung after having Motorola. So far everything seems to be working perfectly! So much better than my old phone!! I haven't used all the features yet. I will give an update if there's any problems with any of the features. Purchasing a phone on Amazon is a way better deal! Purchasing a phone with T-Mobile I wouldn't have been able to purchase the extended warranty or be able to return the phone without being charged a restocking fee. And of course, most importantly, the price is way better than purchasing it through T-Mobil. Even with adding on the 2 year protection plan. I think I will be purchasing all my phones in the future from Amazon. It's affordable and convenient!

I had an issue with the phone but the seller responded quickly and the problem was solved without hassle. The phone is in excellent condition. I would use this seller again.

I couldn't activate the device on the Verizon network with a current or new SIM card. One of their reps told me over the phone the device couldn't be activated because it was locked and I needed to contact the seller to find out how to unlock it. I contacted the seller to find out how to unlock it but never heard back from them. Shortly afterwards I inadvertently broke it in a collision with a frig door. I didn't purchase a warranty so I couldn't return it for a refund or exchange.

Truly unlock and in Great condition!! I appreciate it because others advertising sent me the wrong phones

Got the phone missing parts that's clearly in the picture of ad.. wireless charger. Then tried to contact seller got little to no response charger block didn't work. Phone shows heavy wear even tho I chose more experience options. Just could've done better

Bought this phone for my mother to replace her old Galaxy and it works perfectly. No glitches and aesthetically beautiful. I’d recommend this phone to anyone looking for a solid high end phone. The Galaxy series is superior than most phones and will get my support over the rest of Android phone manufacturers.
