Rhino Fitness Slam Ball

Ordered this for my 10 year old to work with during the off season. It isn't too heavy but enough to feel like he's making some progress. Easy to hold on to, doesn't have any offensive odors - overall great product.

My doctor had recommended a personal trainer (another story for another day), and she introduced me to the Medicine ball - both the ones that will bounce, and the ones that don't. This is the second kind. She had me working with a 10#, so going to a 15# was a bit of a stretch, but glad I did. It doesn't take long to get the heart rate up, the sweat to start - and I don't sweat easily - and the muscles tingling. Its a great alternative to traditional weights, resistance bands, and other tools for those of us who work out at home and don't have room for something like a total gym. and its fun, or at least my idea of fun

Get's the job done. Is as expected. Came on time and properly packaged. I have not had it long enough to give more detailed review.

The weight is not distributed correctly and makes it wonky/wobbly. I bought it for my sons to use and they never use it. Buy something else unless you want a lopsided ball that does nothing for you.
