Q: I’m not sure if something is wrong with myn or I’ve put it back incorrectly I’ve tried lots of things but if your turn it upside down it just leaks?

Make sure the white part in the lid is in otherwise it's a free flow or at least make sure you give the white bit a good push to make it tight. I found if I didn't push it in hard enough mine would leak too. If none of this works at all then definitely get a refund/return. Hope it helps in anyway. xXx
