There is not much to say. This is a phenomenal cable, surprisingly flexible (even more so than other Cable Matters DP cables), and robust in construction. 11/10. I would absolutely buy this cable again!

I went thru several different combinations of DisplayPort to USB-C (Thunderbolt) cables and DisplayPort to USB-C adapters and ONLY this cable worked flawlessly and consistently when used with the UGREEN 8K DisplayPort KVM and an Apple Mac Mini M1. All other options would either result in a black screen when switching from PC to Mac or the switch would work every 1 in 30 attempts.

I'm using this to connect my laptops, personal and work, to a DP 1.4 8k@60hz kvm switch which in turn runs to a 165hz nano ips monitor at 3440x1440 and my signal is clean with no anomalies or signal artifacts like cheaper cables produce.Both ends are of high quality as is the braided cable between them. The DP end connects with a solid latch and the USB-C end is snug and wiggle free providing an excellent connection. I also run another CM DP 1.4 cable from my PC running a XFX Speedster MERC 319 RX 6900 XT Black GPU to the same KVM switch with excellent signal fidelity.I'm a firm believer in CM products and will always look for their cables first when I need something. Yes I would recommend this to a friend or anyone else looking for a quality cable of this type.

Excelente cable

I needed a DP cable to get the max refresh rate from a new gaming monitor we recently purchased. The issue was both laptops we’d be connecting to the monitor only have usb c ports. This cable works seamlessly with both our M1 MacBook Pro and Lenovo Legion. Since we’d be swapping between the two laptops often, the cable needed to be durable. This cable is substantially thick with a braided build yet still has good flexibility. I’m confident it will last a long time even with the constant bending we’ll put it through.

My old cable was flickering like crazy, this new one stopped the flickering 99% of the time.I'm running dual monitors from my laptop. 1x 4K 160hz monitor, and 1x 1440p 170hz monitor. This cable handles the 4K 160hz with no issues.When I bought this cable it was pretty pricey, I hope you guys reading this get it at a more reasonable price.

did not work with M4 Macbook pro and intel Macbook Pro with the Samsung Odyseey 57 monitor

I bought the 6 foot USBC to display port cable. I was deciding between getting this more expensive cable and their other less expensive cable. The two differences were the more expensive one had metal connector housings and braided sheath while the less expensive one had plastic connector housings and rubber-like sheath. I think the metal housing is more durable and dissipates heat better than if it were plastic, so went with the more expensive one. It is very well made and will stand up to continuous use. It connects to my laptop securely. Would buy again.
