Yukon Recovery Gear Kit with 3/4" Kinetic Rope Tow Strap

Ordered this even after seeing the reviews of people not getting the full order. Upon arrival I was surprised to see the Kinetic rope but was disappointed that NONE of the rest of the gear was included no bag, no shackles and no gloves either. I contacted Yukon directly and they quickly diverted that away from them and try to say it was 3rd party's fault or Amazon's fault. Either way this makes it hard to trust stuff from them sold on Amazon.Edit: After a few emails back and forth I did have someone from Yukon reach back out to correct this mistake of the missing products. They were delivered within 2 days which I was very pleased with. The large bag is an excellent product it feels very robust and has a nice solid bottom. The handles even have a bit of give for cushion. The gloves have a nice padding for when pulling rope or winch lines. The drawstring bag actually has mesh holes to allow dirt and water to pass through and feels very durable as well. The soft shackle has an excellent protective sleeve on it and appears to be very well made. I can say as long as the kit fully shows up I would totally purchase this again.

This showed missing the 20 Foot 3/4" Kinetic Rope Tow Strap. It was made right with some effort and time.

Bought this because of color since my vehicle is Purple. Recovery Rope is of solid construction and gloves are nice. Yukon makes quality products.

I love that this comes in purple. Only wish the bag was purple too, like the photo. The bag was actually black. Overall good quality stuff and well made.

Well the bag and rope are missing from the kit
