Effective and Comfortable
Since my prostatectomy I’ve tried various clamps, most of which were effective in controlling incontinence, but were uncomfortable or even painful when used even a few hours.I’ve previously reviewed the Lunderg clamps, which are excellent, innovative products with excellent customer support. However, as good as they are, their design is just a little too robust for a modestly endowed guy like me. Most men will understand when I say they are more suitable for a cock, as opposed to just a dick like mine. However, the Dribble Stop has been perfect for me. It’s small and gentle, and offers perfect gradations in tightness to accommodate my personal girth. It also applies the clamping force straight down which eliminates the skewed pressure against one side of the shaft like most other clamps. This is a wonderful product which I highly recommend.

works well but not perfect
It really helps with my incontinence after an open prostatectomy in 2019. The padding fell off after repeated washings with soap and hot water. The original set lasted about 18 months, so I just bought a second set. They come from Canada, so expect there to be extra time for shipping, as they have to go through customs. I briefly tried a competitor product but these work better. They don't keep you completely dry, especially when exercising, but it's far better than not using them. You can't wear it to bed, so expect one or two nightly bathroom visits. You get two clamps and should alternate them.

Clunky and not ergonomic at all
The loops that hold both halves together are clunky and not very well secured. Furthermore, this does not put pressure directly on the urethra which is where it is needed. The foam absorbs water which is also a negative. Really crappy design, probably by an engineer with no ergonomic experience. Forget about pulling your winkie along with this thing through your zipper when trying to take a leak. It will most likely come apart and you'll end up pissing in your pants. You'll need to drop your drawers. It does work to an extent but if you cinch it down enough to stop leaking, you will be cutting off your circulation. There are better products out there. Confidence Clamp by contrast is a much better ergonomic design and does put pressure directly on the urethra.

Stops dribbles...
EDITED REVIEW:Stops dribbles but with activity can wiggle around... I used an emory board to reduce the sharp edges making the Dribble Stop much more comfortable. I order to make it more stable I attach it at the base of my penis.

too small
its too small, and I feel like I am pinching it too tight. I tried it once, when I bought it and immediately tossed it. I think it would cut the circulation off if I left it on for more than a few minutes. Don't buy, it is a gimmick

Overpriced and short lifespan
The foam compresses and becomes a "biting surface" while also not gripping as well: the dribbles resume!SHOULD BE: surfaced neoprene (like SCUBA suit) so as not to trap skin/urine.SHOULD BE: Foam inserts replaceable separately.SHOULD BE: O-rings in place of rigid plastic lock bands to hold the clamp on/in place.SHOULD BE at most $10 apiece, $20 for a box of two.
