Slightly sedative if you use much. Less is more for AM. Can use more of it in PM- after you’re ready for bed because it works fast!

its good stuff, but I'm seeing many write...it worked for a few weeks then stopped (and also, they say they wish they could return it after taking it for weeks ...lol)IT'S DOING WHAT ITS SUPPOSED TO.the serotonin builds up in your system, raising the diminished "serotonin" bank within yourself...once you get to a certain point, it'll be doing more harm than good...also, you need to watch is you're taking supplementation for dopamine, which also our bodies have an inner "bank or reserve" that can be depleted.but serotonin and dopamine work almost like a pole...too much of one will lower the other and vice versa... so if you're taking tyrosine or phenylalanine that's raising your dopamine levels. At a certain point it'll start to diminish your serotonin levels and vice versa.... too much tryptophan...5htp...serine... is going to lower your dopamine at a certain point...if using for sleep, not the wisest decision for long term due to the raising and lowering of the dopamine/serotonin polemuch love and happy hacking and healing fellow alchemists <3Cadmia VitÆ

very powdered, easy to mix. seems pure.like other reviews said the jar is kinda huge, could hold like 3 or 4 oz easy so in comparison to the jar theres just like a small layer at the bottom but its 25 grams so you're buying by weight not volume of the whole container. like they said too spoon is a little short and falls down into the powder, could be longer to let it sit at an angle in the jar and not get powder on the handle of the spoon but these were non issues for me. i liked the powder.for what its worth if i took the whole dose in the morning i could feel a difference in my thoughts/moods by night time. breaking it up into two doses throughout the day seemed to work better for me. but seeing as it did make my thoughts better than worse, I don't think this is something that should be a regular part of a daily regimen maybe just after a hard day of partying.

After a couple weeks of taking… cutting doses in half even. I unfortunately got light headed and dizzy. I am disappointed bc i can’t return item.

DO NOT TAKE THIS PRODUCT. It made me VIOLENTLY ILL! Every single time I take this supplement, I throw up my entire guts, multiple times, and feel horrible afterward.Then I sleep for an hour and feel okay. ButI know it’s this product because ive tried it with other supplements, on its own, with food, without food, at different times of the day, and each time, I have a violent reaction. Today was my 8th time and enough is enough. Yes, it took me eight times to figure it was this product. I’ve taken 5HTP for years in all kinds of doses and never had a reaction the way I’ve had with this powder, or whatever this is.I want to return it but I jus r missed the reírme window so it’s my loss of $15.It doesn’t work. It’s toxic!!
