Q: Can kids rotate the planets themselves? Would that break the toy?

All planets are meant to rotate by the motor. Moving a planet rotates manually by moving the arm the planet is on.

Q: Has anyone had luck getting a missing part from the company? We put this this together just to find out that we are missing the mars arm support.

One of the arms snapped . I was able to replace the whole set within the return period. They told me just send back the whole item since they don't replace just the parts

Q: Does it have French on the manuel?

It's very easy to assemble just follow the pictures.
